This silver tone Star of David (approximately .50” x .50”) is an ancient symbol…representing Judaism and the Jewish people. For many, the Hexagram is also a symbolic embodiment of the principle “As above, so below” from the Emerald tablets…and therefore a symbol of the Macrocosm.
Some associate the upright triangle as a symbol of Fire and the down pointing triangle as a symbol of Water…the two elements that some think of as initiating creation.
Also used as a protective symbol associated with the planets.
