Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 7-9 business days after shipping, usually much earlier. Thank you for your patience…if you have expedited needs, please contact us via email before ordering so we can see what we can do for you.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to Germany, Russia

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WitchJoseph is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. |
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery (or within 30 days of purchase) if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at JosephPCS1968@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Misaddressed Shipments
If you have provided the wrong shipping address for an order you should immediately email us at JosephPCS1968@gmail.com and inform us of the error so we can hopefully correct the address before shipping. If the item has already shipped and gets returned to us we will be happy to reship it to you but you will be charged for a reshipping fee. (The cost of reshipping will be dependent on the weight and size of the package and the form of shipping that is selected by the customer.) If that doesn’t work for you we will be happy to provide a refund (minus shipping costs) once the item has been returned to us by the postal service and providing that we are notified of the situation within 30 days or purchase.
This is why it is very important for you to check the information you have entered when placing an order…we cannot be liable for mailing an order to the wrong address when the wrong address is what YOU provided to us…so please check and make sure all information entered is correct at time of purchase.
