Wow…what wild energy. As a Witch I adore the Full Moons…and this one was spectacular. There were lots of clouds here in Ohio so we only got a good view of the Moon rising and turning red, which She did dramatically. It was also the 13th global devotional event “rites of Her sacred fires” promoted by the covenant of Hekate…So I partook in it and performed the ritual, which is very powerful. (I made a video of most of it and it's available on my YouTube channel) I also blessed and consecrated 4 Hekate talismans that I had created (3 have been sold already)…I will create a listing for the one I have remaining later today. Normally, I am reluctant to perform workings, other than devotional, during eclipses…but while I was meditating on this, it was impressed upon my mind from Goddess Hekate, that the eclipses of the Moon are special times of Her Power, a sort of astrological window of a Dark Moon, a special darkening of the Moon…which turned out to be experiential true of course…these talismans are now blessed and consecrated to Her. It also pleases me when things I create find their way to magickal owners who appreciate them…its very fulfilling.
